Prerequisites to BA
  1. Preference for location in Market / crowded area / Business potential area
  2. Easy to Access
  3. Laptop, Scanner/Printer, Internet, Table, Chair, Finger Print Scanner
  4. Branding as per company guidelines
  5. Office should be open in regular time & day
Education
  1. For SSK centre – 10th class(Mandatory)
  2. For Banking -- 12th class(Mandatory)
  3. Preference – A person with computer knowledge & degree
Documents
  1. Mandatory list of self-attested documents: In case of Individual
    1. PAN card
    2. Aadhaar Card
    3. Bank passbook first page OR Active Bank account’s cancelled cheque
    4. Any one of the below mentioned document for center is mandatory
      1. Rent agreement of shop
      2. Electricity bill in BA’s name or any family member
      3. Grampanchayat NOC or Shop Act license copy
      4. Property Tax Receipt
      5. Index-II or 7/12 extract
      6. Income proof
  2. Mandatory list of self-attested documents: In case of Company/Trust/Firm
    1. Incorporation/Registration certificate of concerned Company/Trust/Firm
    2. PAN card in the name of concerned Company/Trust/Firm
    3. Aadhaar card of owner of concerned Company/Trust/Firm
    4. Bank passbook first page OR Active Bank account’s cancelled cheque
  3. One of the below mentioned document for center is mandatory
    1. Rent agreement of shop
    2. Shop Act license copy (acknowledgement not accepted)
    3. Electricity bill on Company/Trust/Firm name
    4. Grampanchayat NOC
    5. Property Tax receipt
    6. Index-II or 7/12 extract
  4. Police Verification (as per requirement)
BA Roles and Responsibilities
  1. 100 + txn in a month.
  2. All services should be delivered to the people.
  3. Talk to the resident properly(local language known).
  4. Shop should be open in regular manner.
  5. Do transaction in all services.
  6. Take care of company Image should not be spoiled.
